Yes - registration and AFYO verification are entirely free, and there is no monthly subscription fee.
Which documents are required for verification?
Your professional licence, a valid ID, proof of your establishment's address, and photos of the premises. Verification takes 24 to 48 hours.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is sent automatically as soon as the patient validates the code and usually arrives within 30 min (1–30 min).
Can I decline an order if an item is unavailable?
Yes. From your dashboard you can decline or partially modify an order - the client is automatically informed and refunded when needed.
Is AFYO available in my country?
AFYO currently operates in the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) and the Democratic Republic of Congo. More countries are coming soon.
