Activity
AFYO operates a digital platform allowing individuals residing in particular in Europe (the “Clients”) to remotely fund healthcare services provided to their relatives (the “Patients”) by partner healthcare professionals located in certain African countries (the “Healthcare professionals”).
AFYO is neither a healthcare establishment, nor a healthcare professional, nor a payment institution. Collection of Clients’ payments is handled by the licensed payment service provider Stripe; payouts to Healthcare professionals are executed via the provider PawaPay. The details of the services are set out in the Terms of Sale & Service (CGVS).
Intellectual property
The AFYO brand, logo, visual identity, the general structure of the site and all its content (texts, images, software, databases) are the exclusive property of AFYO or of third parties who have granted it a licence. Any reproduction, representation or extraction, in whole or in part, without AFYO’s prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
